Newsroom

As part of Elsevier's Corporate Relations department, the Newsroom is the company's main point of contact for media.

Through the Newsroom we inform media  about the latest research papers published in Elsevier journals and bring them in contact with industry and publishing experts. We also help reporters to explore and report on the complex and ever-evolving worlds of science and publishing.

On this page, you can find information about our free access program and newsletter for journalists; you can check our Press Releases feed to find out all the latest news from Elsevier, and if you have any questions or comments, please reach out to one of our media contacts.

Through free media access to ScienceDirect, journalists can click through to full articles. Papers included cover research which will appeal to the general public, such as health, food, psychology, environment and sport. Every so often, the newsletter is focused on a specific theme.
