Reclamation proposes to transfer the operations and maintenance of the Rock Slough Fish Screen facility to the Contra Costa Water District. The proposed action would amend Contra Costa Water District’s Operation and Maintenance Agreement to include the Contra Costa Fish Screen structure and associated appurtenances at Rock Slough.
