Summary: Reclamation proposes to issue a license to Fresno County (County) to construct, maintain, and operate a water pipeline within Reclamation land at Winchell Cove within the Millerton Lake State Recreation Area, in Fresno County, California. The new pipeline will provide system flexibility, improve water supply reliability, and provide more efficient operations in the delivery of raw water to the existing users within County Service Area 34.
