Funding Opportunities Open to Applicants
  • PS21-2102: Comprehensive High-Impact HIV Prevention Programs for Community Based Organizations
    The NOFO focuses on addressing the national HIV epidemic by reducing new infections, increasing access to care, and promoting health equity in accordance with the Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America Initiative and CDC’s High-Impact HIV Prevention approach. This will be achieved by enhancing Community-Based Organizations’ capacity to increase HIV testing and referrals to Partner Services, link persons with HIV to HIV medical care and ART, provide and/or refer to prevention and essential support services, including Syringe Services Programs (SSPs), for persons with HIV and persons at risk for acquiring HIV, and increase program monitoring and accountability.
  • PS20-2010: Integrated HIV Programs for Health Departments to Support Ending the HIV Epidemic in the United States
    This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) supports the development and implementation of programs tailored to ending the HIV epidemic in America. Recent scientific advances in HIV prevention and treatment have made ending the HIV epidemic in America a realistic possibility. The purpose of this NOFO is to implement comprehensive HIV programs, that complement programs, such as the Ryan White program and other HHS programs, designed to support ending the HIV epidemic in America by leveraging powerful data, tools and resources to reduce new HIV infections by 75% in 5 years.
  • PS19-1906: Strategic Partnerships and Planning to Support Ending the HIV Epidemic in the United States
    (Close date 07/12/2019 ) (Estimated award date: 09/30/2019) (Project Period:  September 30, 2019 – September 29, 2024)
    The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity is to support strategic partnerships, communication, peer-to-peer technical assistance (TA), and jurisdictional planning efforts to address emerging needs of targeted jurisdictions through CDC-funded state and local health departments and their ability to the end the HIV epidemic in the U.S.
  • PS19-1904: Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) for High Impact HIV Prevention Program Integration
    (Close date 11/12/2018) (Estimated award date: 4/1/2019) (Project Period: April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2024) (replaced PS14-1403)
    The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity is to support a CBA Provider Network (CPN) to implement the following four program components: 1) national training; 2) regional technical assistance; 3) continuous quality improvement and sustainability for community-based organizations; and 4) marketing and administrative support for the CPN.
