Title: Interim Renewal Warren Act Contract Between the United States and Sacramento Municipal Utility District

Summary: Reclamation proposes to execute two 26-month interim renewal Warren Act (WA) contract with Sacramento Municipal Utility District. The WA contract is for the conveyance, within a 26 month period, of up to 15,000 acre-feet of SMUDs non-CVP water. The conveyance of water is through the Folsom South Canal at Nimbus Dam for Municipal and Industrial uses within the SMUD’s service area at Rancho Seco in south eastern Sacramento County.
