To sign up to receive an email when an air quality alert (Special Air Quality Statement or Smog and Air Health Advisory) is issued, please read the disclaimer for this web site and provide us with the email address that you would like the air quality alert sent to. Your email will be kept confidential and will only be used by the Ministry of the Environment for the purpose of providing you with notification of an air quality alert, and for no other purpose. If you have any questions about the information collected for the purpose of the air quality alert email, please contact AQWeather.Office.moe@ontario.ca.
To sign up to receive an email when an air quality alert (Special Air Quality Statement or Smog and Air Health Advisory) is issued, please enter in your email address and choose the forecast regions for which you wish to receive alerts. You will be sent an email whenever there is a Special Air Quality Statement or Smog and Air Health Advisory issued in your forecast region.
Notes regarding the Smog Alert Network subscriptions
- You will receive Email Air Quality Alert Notification for each region you select.
- To add a region check the box for that region.
- To remove a region, click on the checked box to uncheck it.
Any personal information you choose to provide on this form is collected in compliance with section 38(2) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information will be used to contact you regarding your comments or inquiry.
