Nik Foster is an Energy Analyst focusing on international energy policy, distributed wind market research, energy efficiency measures, and smart grid technology assessment. Before joining PNNL, Nik worked as a consultant for the World Bank's Energy Sector Management Assistant Program, as well as for the Center for Transatlantic Relations, a DC think tank. Nik is the co-author of the annual U.S. Department of Energy's Distributed Wind Market report, and has published on U.S. smart grid and foreign policy.
