Fan will be installed in accordance with NFPA NFPA National Fire Protection Association, www.nfpa.org 70, IFC Section 903, NFPA NFPA National Fire Protection Association, www.nfpa.org 13R, and manufacturer specifications

Worker will verify outlet box is secured and supported

Screw base lamps will be ENERGY STAR qualified or exceed Energy Independence and Security Act 2014 standard levels by at least 20%
