ECHO accounts are currently only available to Federal, state, local, and tribal government employees and their contractors. Government employees must provide a government email address. Contractors will be contacted to provide information about their government sponsor.

Do not register for an account if you already have an EPA LAN or portal ID. Instead, go to the login page and log in with your LAN or portal ID and password. Then go to My ECHO » Request Access to see if your account is already approved for access to ECHO Government.
