Pollution Prevention and Abatement (PP&A) organization provides environmental compliance and pollution prevention oversight for the operation and maintenance of BPA's transmission system.
 
PP&A oversees BPA transmission construction projects, implementing environmental measures and requirements identified during the environmental planning and analysis

Albany-Eugene Transmission Line Rebuild Project
