This report presents the findings and recommendations of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board (SEAB) Task Force on Federal Energy Management. The Task Force was charged with examining Federal energy management supported by DOE's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and recommending a set of actions to advance it.
The report was approved by the full SEAB at its quarterly meeting in Washington, DC on September 22, 2016.
