The purpose of the Business Meeting is to consider S. 916, the Oil and Gas Facilitation Act of 2011, and S. 917, the Outer Continental Shelf Reform Act of 2011 (Hearing Room SD-366) (Overflow Room SR-328A).

S. 512 - A bill to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to
require the Secretary of Energy to carry out programs to
develop and demonstrate 2 small modular nuclear reactor
designs, and for other purposes, with an amendment in the
nature of a substitute (SLC END11616 in lieu of END11575)
and an amendment to the title (END11617).

S. 916 - A bill to facilitate appropriate oil and gas
development on Federal land and waters, to limit the
dependence of the United States on foreign sources of oil and
gas, and for other purposes.

S. 917 - A bill to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands
Act to reform the management of energy and mineral
resources on the Outer Continental Shelf, and for other
purposes, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute
(END11569).
