Columbia Water & Light
Columbia Water & Light is a municipally owned electric utility in Missouri. The City of Columbia has offered energy efficiency programs since the 1970s; participation rates in these programs have continued to grow over the years. Together with Boone Electric Cooperative, Columbia Water & Light will incorporate the Home Energy Score program into its Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program.
