Chief Financial Officer


The Chief Financial Officer manages all the financial and asset management functions and programs for the Commission, on behalf of the Executive Director. Oversees budget planning, development, and execution. Coordinates the strategic planning process and the preparation, evaluation, and reporting on the Commission’s performance measures. Oversees the use of appropriated funds through the Commission’s automated accounting system. Authorizes disbursements of Commission funds and the collection and deposit of all funds due the Commission. Provides accounting and internal auditing expertise and services to the Commission. Oversees the performance of all operational management responsibilities for procurement and contract management in support of programmatic and institutional requirements.
