The Federal Register is a legal newspaper published every business day by the National Archives and Records Administration. It's the official daily publication for federal agency regulations, proposed rules and notices, executive orders, proclamations, and other presidential documents. The Federal Register is updated daily by 6 a.m. Eastern time, and is published Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.

The West Coast Region's regulatory activities are published in the Federal Register.
