RIP EPA. I never knew how good I had it. I always assumed you would be there to protect my interests when the going got tough. I rested peacefully in the knowledge that science and fact would win over in the end, and all the noise was just nonsense. I was wrong. I don't know what we'll do without you, but whatever it is, I'm sure they'll be plenty of smog to keep us warm. People have the wrong idea about you. They've been twisted and lied to for so long, they don't know which way is up, and what's hot or cold. I studied atmospheric science because I was fascinated and in love with it. But now, as I look at everybody and their own "facts" it gives me so much ire and disdain, to know how to actually interpret the data. RIP EPA. Thank you for all you have done, and have tried to do for us.

I am very concerned about the levels of glyphosphate found recently in a lot of US foods at very high levels. Even in organic foods because it has leached into the soil and also in most honey because bees are ingesting it. We are killing ourselves slowly by not stopping this chemical in our food chain. EPA please thoroughly investigate and limit this toxin for the sake of us all.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency[2] (EPA or sometimes USEPA) is an agency of the Federal government of the United States which was created for the purpose of protecting human health and the environment by writing and enforcing regulations based on laws passed by Congress.[3]

This agency is not protecting human health or the environment. If they were in occupied in the protection of the environment - there would have been a comprehensive plan for the Dakota Pipeline that would have worked out all the details before the first earth was moved.

I can't help but think that the EPA under Trump might be more willing (i.e. reasonable) in their approach to pushing ethanol (which damages older engines) down our throats. My guess is that the EPA's recently released Renewable Fuel Standards will be reviewed and altered under Trump. While we all want clean water, air, land, etc - I really hope the days of the EPA abusing their power (i.e. once rain puddles on your land they think they have control over it) are coming to an end!

Thursday December 8, 2016 7am Central.
My workplace had CO exposure on Monday,December 5, 2016. Heating system has been repaired and CO levels now safe. Staff returning today.

I have searched your website for effects of CO on food and drink with no luck. Food and drink was left out in the workplace when it was evacuated on 12/5.

...

Should food and drink, coffee in coffeemaker for example, be thrown out or does CO not get into these?
Thanks. Marcia Donovan.

I have been trying to find out about diesel engine certification for 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee (eco Diesel motor) that I purchased in September and is yet to be delivered. All the information is that the EPA has to certify the engine. Not when, not where....basically no information.
Where do I find out this information? I have been told by the customer service at Jeep is that this is the process. the EPA and Jeep are treating their customers horribly.

As a Californian I am extremely disappointed in Prez elect Trumps appointment of Mr. Pruitt, the mission statement of the EPA states it's responsibility is to protect the health and welfare, I hope those who work there will do everything they can to follow that statement no matter what the new head tries to do to undermine our environment and deny climate change.

I'm listening to Gina McCarthy addressing the National Press Corps. I am pleased with all she is extolling, she talks about the moral ideal. Why are peaceful water protectors are being brutalized now with no hope for an end. Where is the moral outrage in the Obama Administration? People will next be killed like the civil rights demonstrators without the help of the Administration.

I would like to ask a very serious question. When will the EPA take active steps to ensure the Flint Water Crisis is resolved. There is still no clean water being piped into the Flint Water System. The lead issue is still there. Many people out there may feel so what this does not effect me but it does. If this is the type of Government support for a known crisis, this could happen in your town. Just remember every government and federal agency works in support of the people not the other way around and until we as a nation start holding our appointed and elected officials accountable nothing will change. So EPA can you give me an honest answer, to the point and not talk around the issue? I'm waiting, Flint is waiting, Michigan is waiting, and just maybe the nation is waiting.

The Obama EPA has investigated the Obama EPA and determined that the EPA is not responsible for the full restitution payout for it's spilling of 3 million gallons of toxic waste into one of Colorado's pristine mountain rivers in August of 2015.

The spill turned the waterway into an oozing flow of yellowish-orange goo. The EPA has decided that the EPA will not need to pay the entire $20+ million in damages it caused but rather will pay out just $4.5 million for the spill that it alone was responsible for.

If you're a business owner who depends or depended upon the river for your livlihood, ...like a farmer, waterfront cafe owner, fly-fishing for tourist outfit, etc... and you suffered massive damages from business lost to the spill (if you even managed to keep the doors open at all), well too bad for you. Better luck next time
