Outreach

BSEE promotes transparency in all activities regulating the energy industry on the Outrer Continental Shelf (OCS) within the boundaries of propritary information necessary to support the competition inherent in American prctices. One vital element of transparency, which is also critical to increasing public appreciation of the challenges of that regulatory process, is outreach through speeches, techncial presentations, and Congressional Testimony.
