Response to request for reconsideration of petition to list lead as a female reproductive toxicant under Proposition 65 using as the basis for this listing findings by the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and the National Toxicology Program (NTP)
The basis for listing of chloroform as a reproductive toxicant has been changed from the Labor Code to the State's Qualified Experts.
The second Synthetic Turf Scientific Advisory Panel Meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held on Friday, March 10, 2017. The venue of the meeting will be announced in early 2017.
