ARPA-E Technology-to-Market Advisor Sven Mumme

Sven Mumme is a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency–Energy (ARPA-E). He is responsible for leading the path to market approach for the Methane Opportunities for Vehicular Energy (MOVE) program and a variety of building efficiency and energy storage projects from the OPEN 2012 program, in addition to assisting in a wide range of other ARPA-E Technology-to-Market efforts intended to prepare breakthrough energy technologies for the transition from lab to market.

Lisa Persson currently serves as a Contracting Officer at the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-E). As a Contracting Officer, Persson is responsible for awarding and administering financial assistance awards and contracts in accordance with federal laws and regulations. Prior to ARPA-E, Persson served as a Contracting Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office.

ARPA-E Technology-to-Market Advisor Carlton Reeves

Dr. Carlton Reeves is a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). He is responsible for leading the path to market approach for the Traveler Response Architecture using Novel Signaling for Network Efficiency in Transportation (TRANSNET) program and assists a wide variety of other ARPA-E Tech-to-Market efforts, preparing breakthrough energy technologies for transition from lab to market.

ARPA-E Fellow Dr. Joseph Rollin

Dr. Joseph Rollin currently serves as an ARPA-E Fellow with interests in biofuels, hydrogen, geothermal, and bioengineering. Prior to joining ARPA-E, Dr. Rollin co-founded Gate Fuels Inc. and Cell-Free Bioinnovations Inc., to further develop Bacillus and cell-free platforms for the production of value-added chemicals and fuels. He led business development and worked on metabolic engineering at both companies.
