Greater Atlantic Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) Program
Contact Information
- VMS Contact Information - Contact the Northeast VMS Team
- VMS Courtesy Messaging - The VMS Team provides a courtesy messaging service to all VMS vessel owners. In conjunction with our voluntary compliance program, e-mail messages concerning missing VMS position reports, VMS detections of unauthorized closed area entries, and trip begin and trip end emails are automatically generated and sent directly to a vessel’s VMS unit. Courtesy copies of these messages may also be sent to a secondary e-mail address. If you are a vessel owner who has internet access and an active e-mail account, you may request to have courtesy copies of these messages sent to your secondary e-mail address without incurring any additional costs. To receive this free service, simply click here to open your email program, fill in the requested information, then click send. This free service will begin upon receipt of your response.
