Leadership Training Program

Courses relate to leadership exploration, self-awareness, understanding important leadership principles and applications to the participant’s current and future positions, team building and development, achieving trust and building relationships, change leadership, visioning, strategic thinking, planning and organizing projects, developing influence and decision making skills.  Courses include experiential learning activities, classroom based instruction, shadow assignments, details and other learning experiences.
