U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Image Matters

Overview

SLAMM-View 2.0 is an online application that displays sea-level rise predictions created using the Sea Level Affecting Marshes Model (SLAMM). SLAMM-View compares current and future conditions out to the year 2100, as well as different sea level rise scenarios (e.g., 0.4 meters versus 1 meter), using interactive maps and tabular reports.

Features

  • Analyze various sea level rise predictions
  • Produce model outputs for five different sea level rise scenario dates in a time series, which include the base year (varies by location), 2025, 2050, 2075, and 2100
  • Compare maps of different scenarios side by side
  • Assess the change for each land cover
