Regional Offices
The Fish and Wildlife Service is divided into eight regional offices. The Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program has staff located within each regional office including a Chief and supporting staff.
The regional staff receives grant proposals from state fish and wildlife agencies within their respective regions. The proposals are evaluated in compliance with the applicable program law and its associated regulations and policies, as well as other applicable federal laws. Once proposals are funded the regional office obligates funding and monitors the grant to ensure program funds are used and accounted for properly and project goals and objectives are achieved.
For additional information contact the regional office.
