During his service in the Marine Corps, Mr. Coy managed Communications Security material and acted as an Immediate Superior in Command COMSEC Account Inspector and is now serving as the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) Manager for NCTSFE Detachment Misawa. He manages 1,053 Communications Security Line Items supporting Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing One, Naval Air Facility Misawa, and deployed aviation squadrons operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
