Attention Sailors: INSURV's Newsletter Provides Tips and Inspection Insights
By INSURV's Knowledge Management Officer - January-March 2016
The Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) is embarking on a new adventure to communicate with the Fleet through our light-hearted, fun-to-read, electronic newsletter that includes tips and tidbits from all aspects of the inspection process.

WAIT! Just because it says INSURV doesn't mean it's bad! On the contrary! Our aim is to provide Sailors with informative inspection-related information and highlights of successful inspections to share valuable insights, knowledge and experience. Each month we will provide tips from the deck plates, expert advice from a "Crusty Old Salt" and celebrate victories from within the fleet.

The Board of Inspection and Survey (INSURV) has released the 9th edition of their electronic newsletter, INSURV Insights, in an effort to communicate with the Fleet through tips and tidbits from all aspects of the inspection process, while providing valuable insights, knowledge and experience from the deck plates

Issue #9 spotlights Fiscal Year 2015 Inspections, Changes to Information System Inspections, Plain Talk from Aviation: Increasing Readiness and Safe Operation and Can Success be to Blame?

This issue, along with all past issues, are available from the INSURV website at https://usff.portal.navy.mil/sites/insurv/Inspections/Pages/Default.aspx under "INSURV Publications".

Read through it, share it with your shipmates, and let us know what you think!
