The 4th Estate Director, Acquisition Career Management (DACM) is Mr. Robert Daugherty. The 4th Estate DACM represents civilians assigned to the defense agencies and field activities outside the military departments – a community comprising more than 25,000 Defense Acquisition Workforce members. The 4th Estate DACM is responsible for collaborating with the defense agencies on all facets of career development and management of the Defense Acquisition Workforce.
