Q: Who's portfolioes does the PEO for O&M funded weapon system sustainment requirements? Are O&M sustainment requirements consider in the WS PEO programs or Other Contracting?

The requirments fall under the WS PEO. PEO/program offices provide their requirements to CAM. Requirements are translated into dollars. CAM centrally manages the dollars and then provides to the PEO/program offices

Q: What are the current procedure(s) and what documents are required to stand up a new 4th Estate PEO Organization that reports directly to OSD? Furthermore, what contents are included within each of the documents?
