The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced that it has awarded government-wide Federal Supply Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for identity monitoring, and data breach response and protection services. More...

These BPAs give federal agencies access to a pool of well-qualified contractors capable of providing the services needed to mitigate potential damage to those affected by data breaches and other personnel security matters. The BPAs will be available to agencies for the next five years and have an estimated value of $500 million.

Under the BPAs, federal agencies have access to a variety of identity protection services including: consumer credit reports, address verification reports, and credit risk assessments, as well as identity restoration services involving suspected or actual breaches of sensitive personally identifiable information.

Two tiers of contractors are available under the BPAs. Tier 1 includes contractors and Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA) with experience in responding to data breaches impacting populations of significant size and Tier 2 includes contractors with general experience in providing routine data breach responses.

Tier 1 BPAs:

  • CTA Lead: Bearak Reports, Inc. (doing business as Identity Force)
  • CTA Member: Total Systems Technology Corp.
  • Contractor: Identity Theft Guard Solutions (doing business as I.D. Experts)

Tier 2 BPAs:

  • CTA Lead: Ladlas Prince
  • CTA Members: Grove Street Investments LLC and Catapult Technology Ltd.
