    • Thank you all for your patience this morning. All Giant Voice announcements did include the words EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, but are computer generated and sometimes difficult to understand. This exercise was well published in the Base newspaper, on FB, and Forest City sent out an email alerting residents of its occurence today. This exercise was developed to test the Installation's ability to cope with a large-scale natural disaster, and that is exactly what it tested, allowing our Emergency Management team and first responders to exercise and hone their abilities. I apologize for any confusion or difficulties this may have cuased residents.
