I think this is best clinic ever. I'm HS patient 21 years but I never found personel and doctors this nice. Front desk ladies are nice and pleasant, but my doct...ors are angels. Dr Stephen Weiss and his associate Carllety ( I think that's his name) are most careful reasonable gentle helpfull persons in the world and best doctors I ever meet since I got my disease. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart . See More

Unfortunately, I have a billing issue that has been ongoing for 120 days plus. I have endlessly tried to work with UNT personally and through my insurance comp...any on many of occasions. Although there have been plenty of documentation provided to the billing company, they refuse to adjust the account several hundred dollars to what the insurance company has asked them to do. Therefore, I have been put into collections for a bill I would LOVE to pay, if adjusted to the proper amount. All I have received are empty promises for return calls or return calls from collection agencies. For this reason, I will NEVER select a UNT provider because my billing cannot be fulfilled correctly.
