Defense Service Office Pacific, Branch Office Pearl Harbor
Providing attorney services for Courts-Martial and Article 32, U.C.M.J. proceeedings, administrative proceedings, and other matters involving suspected violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Requests for defense services for non-Navy personnel, such as United States Marine Corps or Coast Guard members, will be supported as resources permit. Click here for more information.
Hawaii Judicial Circuit
We are a unified trial judiciary composed of active duty and reserve military judges (and their support personnel) of the Navy and the Marine Corps who preside over courts-martial conducted worldwide. In doing so, we provide crucial support to commanders in ensuring the maintenance of good order and discipline within our operating forces, while always guaranteeing due process and fundamental fairness for every court-martial accused. Personal Claims Unit (PCU)
The PCU’s Pearl Harbor Detachment is responsible for processing claims from the Pacific region. The Pacific region includes Hawaii, Antarctica, Artic, Australia, Guam, Japan, Indian Ocean east of 60°E longitude Pacific Ocean. The PCA authorizes the payment of claims for the fair market value of personal property lost, damage or destroyed incident to service. Personal property is defined as any type of tangible property that is not real property. Personal property includes, but is not limited to, household goods, unaccompanied baggage, pets, privately owned vehicles, mobile homes, and boats. Click here for more information.
Office of General Counsel
Navy civilian attorneys assigned to CNRH provide legal services to the Region and installation leadership in areas of civilian personnel, contracting, environmental matters, real estate and business practices, complimenting the active duty attorneys in the Judge Advocate General Corps.
