Tricia Drummond joined the North Texas athletic department in April 2016 as the associate athletic director for ticket operations. In her role, Drummond oversees processes for the athletic ticket office and serves as primary contact for the football, men’s basketball, and volleyball teams.
Drummond is responsible for all ticket operations and financial reconciliation. She also manages the hiring, training, and supervising of ticket office personnel including full time staff, part time interns, game day staff and student employees.
Drummond also oversees the management, implementation, and development of the department ticketing system: TicketMaster – Archtics. In addition, she interacts with donors, alumni, students, faculty/staff, administration, and general public for all ticketing and customer service needs.
Drummond came to North Texas from Ohio University after spending three-and-a-half years as director of ticket operations. Before Ohio, Drummond spent the 2012 summer and fall seasons at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Drummond spend two years at Bowling Green State University in ticket sales and operations before moving to the University of Wisconsin.
A Clarksburg, Ohio native, Drummond earned both a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in sport administration from Ohio University in 2016 and 2010, respectively. During her time as an undergraduate at Ohio, she was a student intern in the athletic ticket office and served as the head manager for the Ohio women’s basketball team for two seasons.
Tricia and her husband currently reside in Denton.
