On friday night myself and two other females were assaulted by a large man in the drive through of one of your establish...ments. During the assault your employees and security officer on duty stood and watched. They did not offer to help they did not call 911, they did nothing. I crawled on my hands and knees to the security officer asking for help and he said to me, "What do you want me to do?" This assault could have and should have been prevented.After the assault I personally had to call 911 after suffering a head injury. Your employees and security officers obviously have not been trained properly. We could have died. Whataburge r is a disgrace! See More 
I've lived in Texas all my life (46 years) and from a baby to now my families favorite restaurantis Whataburge r. In my ...small town we have a Whataburge r and in the last years of my father's life we had our table we sat at and enjoyed our lunch together. He has passed on but to this day I still go back to our table to enjoy the great flavor we have always loved in Whataburge r. See More 
I used to love my locale Whataburger located on Burt Kouns in Shreveport . They were an awesone place to get good food w...hen i worked the 7pm to 7 am shift at the hospital acrss the street. Now I see on Facebook where an emplyee gave the wrong burger to a customer and when they are called on it they wrap it back up as is after it was handled and try to give it to another customer.. .this sickens me!!!
