On the tennis court, Kseniya Bardabush enjoyed a wealth of success for the Mean Green. She wrapped up her senior season last month, finishing her collegiate career with 58 total wins, including 32 of them at No. 1 singles, which is tied for fourth all-time at North Texas. But off the court, she has a very unique hobby to other student-athletes: modeling.

We sat down with Bardabush to discuss how she began modeling as a young lady in Ukraine, and how she has been able to continue her passion in the United States. Photographer Rick Yeatts, a consistent contributor to www.MeanGreenSports.com, hosted a mock photoshoot with Bardabush to showcase what really goes into this kind of event.

Bardabush accumulated a 7-10 record this spring, all at the No. 1 spot. Her best match of the season came in a 7-5, 6-2 victory against No. 42 Despoina Vogasari, a sophomore for No. 28 Houston, on April 5. She was named Conference USA Player of the Week for the first time on April 14, by going undefeated in three matches. She was also named First Team All-Conference for the fourth year in a row.
