Business Support Services

Business Support Services (BSS), formerly known as the Business Service Center, provides the following primary services:

• Procurement
• System Administration Budget Office
• System Policy/Regulation Management
• Financial and Business Functional Training Management
• Client Services/Call Center
• Process Management
• Management Audit Coordination and Tracking

The Business Support Services teams are located inside the Business Service Center, located at 1112 Dallas Drive, Suite 4000, in Denton. The BSC is shared by multiple UNT System departments, including Business Support Services,
Office of the Controller, Financial System Support and Reporting, Business Process and Reporting and Treasury.
