Academic Affairs & Student Success

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Student Success oversees the UNT System’s academic planning, reporting, and campus support. As Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Student Success, Rosemary Haggett serves as the UNT System's Chief Academic Officer. Dr. Haggett also leads the Office of the Board Secretary for the Board of Regents. In addtition, she oversees UNT System External Affairs and management of the Downtown Dallas UNTS properties.

Lindsey Vandagriff develops and implements System-wide academic initiatives that strengthen the UNT System and assists UNTS offices and component institutions in responding to requests from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. She also assists the Office of the Board Secretary.

External Relations & Downtown Facilities

	CYNTHIA HALL Director of System & External Relations Cynthia Hall acts as liaison between the UNT System and various national, state and regional organizations and individual supporters. She also manages Downtown Dallas UNTS properties, programs at the Universities Center at Dallas and oversees special events. View rental form. MORE
	JOHN WICKERSHAM Assistant Director of Facilities John Wickersham manages the UNT System Building in downtown Dallas, overseeing operations, repairs, maintenance, security, custodial functions and the building's recycling program. He also coordinates room set-ups and special events. MORE
	MARCEL NELSON Senior Facility Technician Marcel Nelson assists the Assistant Director of Facilities in daily operations, including repair and maintenance of all UNT System Building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, security camera and access control systems. MORE
