The Graduate Schools and Programs Recruitment Fair engages McNair Scholars with representatives of many graduate schools and graduate programs. At our 2016 McNair Research Conference, over 40 graduate recruiters from more than 35 institutions explained and described their institutions opportunities for graduate studies (see the table below for names of those institutions). We anticipate at least the same level of participation from graduate schools and programs for the 2017 conference. We have moved the fair to the Union to accomodate the large demand.
At the Fair, McNair Scholars and McNair staff can:
- Learn about admission requirements, scholarships and degree options from graduate schools
- Network with representatives from graduate schools from across Texas and the U.S.
- Meet with representatives from institutions you are already interested in
- Identify new institutions to consider for graduate studies.
