In order to receive one of these certificates, please visit with a CoB advisor in BUSI room 123 to declare your intentions. After you have completed the coursework, please check back with an advisor so the necessary paperwork can be completed to ensure that the certificate appears on your transcript.
Department of Marketing and Logistics Certificate
E-Commerce Marketing Certificate
Student must “remain in good academic standing” at the University of North Texas and receive a grade of C or better in each course required for the certificate. The four required courses are: MKTG 3650 plus any three from MKTG 3720, MKTG 4620, MKTG 4630, MKTG 4640, and LSCM 4530.
Logistics and Supply Chain
Student must “remain in good academic standing” at the University of North Texas and receive a grade of C or better in each course required for the certificate. Required courses are LSCM 3960, LSCM 4360, LSCM4560 and one course from LSCM 4530, LSCM 4800 and MKTG 4520.
New Product Development
Student must “remain in good academic standing” at the University of North Texas and receive a grade of C or better in each course required for the certificate. Required courses are MKTG 3710, MKTG 4320, MKTG 4330, MKTG 4800 and one course from LSCM 3960, MKTG 4600, MKTG 4750 or a course approved by the department.
Retailing
Student must “remain in good academic standing” at the University of North Texas and receive a grade of C or better in each course required for the certificate. Required courses are MKTG 3650, MKTG 4600, MKTG 4630, and one course from LSCM 3960, MKTG 4520, MKTG 3700.
