Biography
Dr. Brian Hirsch is currently Assistant Director with the Career Center for the College of Business at the University of North Texas. With over 20 years of experience in higher education and private industry Dr. Hirsch has led 2 comprehensive university career centers and has worked extensively with students, faculty and employers to facilitate the career progress of students and enhance recruitment on 4 separate campuses.
In his current role, Dr. Hirsch manages the internship process for students and faculty in the College of Business and assists with employer relations for business internships along with the staff of the UNT Career Center.
Dr. Hirsch has extensive involvement with student affairs including leadership development, Greek Life, Student Activities, Student Retention, and Drug Education and Prevention. His responsibilities have included managing staff, managing budgets, and program planning and student development.
