Biography
Rachel Cleveland currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Professional Leadership Program within the College of Business. Prior to joining the UNT family, Rachel served as the Director of Selection for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in the Dallas area. She spent two years recruiting and developing intern and full time candidates for careers in the financial industry. Rachel holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was involved with the music industry during and following her college years. In her time there, she worked for a variety of industry companies such as Broadcast Music Inc., Sony Pictures, Third Coast Artist Agency and more. After time in the industry, Rachel moved back to Dallas to further her education and better equip herself for the fulfillment of her passion: serving college students. She completed her Masters of Education in Higher Education Administration locally at Dallas Baptist University in 2010.
In her spare time, she teaches a 5th grade girls’ Sunday School class and helps direct the children’s choir at her church in Dallas. She also sings with the Southwestern Seminary Masters Chorale out of Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Symphony’s in-house choral group.
