Orientation Team Members

What is an Orientation Leader? 

Orientation Leaders are peer mentors who are selected and trained by the University of North Texas to assist with new student transition to UNT.  Orientation Leaders are hired during the spring semester and go through intensive training during the spring and summer.  This unique leadership experience is a great way for students to challenge themselves and evolve into well-rounded student leaders.

Parent Orientation Leaders 

Parent Orientation Leaders are student leaders who assist with the Parent & Family Orientation program. Parent Orientation Leaders are hired during the spring semester and go through intensive training during the spring and summer.  They are specifically trained to help parents and families ease concerns, answer questions, and be a resource as their student transitions into college life.  This unique leadership experience is a great way for students to challenge themselves and evolve into well rounded student leaders.    

Orientation Team
