Biography
Dr, Nancy Boyd Lillie is a Professor of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Memphis with a major in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and a minor in Strategic Management. She joined the UNT faculty in 1991. Dr. Boyd Lillie's research interests are in the areas of leadership, leader-follower relationships, and the resource-based view of strategic management. She has published articles in several academic journals, including Academy of Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management, and Journal of Vocational Behavior..
