Travel services are available to employees, prospective employee, and students traveling in team status only. Travel arrangements for guests of the University should be processed via an ePro requisition. Consult the appropriate Purchasing Guide for applicable information.

The BSC has contracted with Corporate Travel Planners (CTP) to serve as the preferred vendor for advance travel planning. In addition to the convenience CTP provides, using the preferred vendor alleviates paperwork submission required to pay for advance travel, and increases the level of customer service offered to travelers.

To access CTP-Concur, sign-in to Employee Self Service from MyUNT or MyHSC, select the “Human Resources” tab, then click the link for CTP in the specially designated block on that page.

Traveling Internationally? Faculty, staff and students are required to register all travel in advance. Register your international travel.
Need a U.S. passport? Apply at the Study Abroad Office in Sage Hall, Room 236
For hours and requirements, visit the UNT Passport Office.
Employees at University of North Texas, UNT Health Science Center, UNT Dallas and UNT System Administration who travel regularly are encouraged to apply for the Citibank individually billed corporate travel card (IBT). The IBT card is the preferred method of payment for employee travel. Learn more.
