FALL 2016 FITNESS SPECIAL PROGRAMS 

BOOT CAMP

This morning bootcamp class is an intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening program led by one of our certified personal trainers.  This class will be held inside, or outside on the Rec Sports back patio, and will utilize a variety of equipment.

KETTLEBELL

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All levels welcome.

YOGA ROCKS

This program brings the best of both worlds together offering a unique experience combining yoga and rock climbing! Participants will enhance their yoga practice and climbing techniques while developing strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome - no climbing experience necessary.

**All registered will receive a complimentary Introduction to Climbing class ($10 value!)**

BENCH PRESS COMPETITION

Register for our bench press competition! Divisions for men and women, with various weight classes are available. Participants must register by the deadline - no late entries will be excepted.

**This event will take place on the Indoor Basketball Courts**

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

Lifting weights isn't just for the boys! This 4-week introductory weight lifting class is designed to empower women to lift weights and help transform their bodies.
