Who can be a candidate?Graduate Students
A graduate student can be a candidate for membership if they have been accepted into an Accounting/Finance/Information Systems Master's Program at the University of North Texas. Undergraduate Students An undergraduate student can be eligible to join if they are a declared accounting, finance, or information system major with a minimum of 30 hours of collegiate courses completed. Students must also have completed at least one upper level business course (3000 of higher). Undergraduate Transfer Students Students that have recently transferred to the University of North Texas can be a candidate for membership as long as they have satisfied the above requirements at another AACSB institution. |
GPA Requirements (members & Candidates)Students must have a cumulative grade average in upper level courses, in their declared are of concentration byeond the business core of at least 3.0 and:
** Cumulative grade averages shall be computed using all grades earned in upper level courses in their declared area of concentration. chapter requirements
**Non-BAP sponsored Community Services is limited to 5 hours per year. |
