The Professional Leadership Program, PLP, is entering into its 22nd year of mentoring and coaching high potential students to become our next generation of leaders, in both the for profit and not for profit sectors of the global marketplace.
Over this span of time we have almost one thousand PLP Alumni that lead, own or operate businesses and organizations across the US, with a large concentration in the DFW metroplex.
At this point of inflection for the program, we are committed to build upon this legacy in the years ahead. To become a nationally recognized leadership development program that delivers the "leadership edge", which will make a PLP "graduate" one of the most sought after Undergraduate and Graduate students in the War for Talent!
