Biography
Neil Fletcher is Senior Human Resources Manager at AmTrust Financial Services in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for all human resource functions for the South Central Region, as well as having HR oversight of Warrantech located in Bedford, Texas. His areas of responsibility include human capital management, Total Rewards, employee engagement, employee relations, leadership development and compliance. Neil has served a mentor for the University of North Texas Professional Leadership Program for several years.
Neil has over 20 years in Human Resources includes experience in the corporate sector with companies such as General Motors, Employers Reinsurance, Travelers Insurance, CIGNA Insurance and First American Title. Neil has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, an MBA from Letourneau University and an MS from the University of Texas at Dallas.
