Game Notes

On Tap
North Texas enters the final game of the regular season with a 9-10 Sun Belt mark
still in hot pursuit of a double digit SBC win total for the first time since the 2001-02
team did it with 12 wins. The Red Wolves of Arkansas State enter the game hot off of a
lopsided victory over Troy. They have won three of their last four including a road victory
in Bowling Green over the Hilltoppers, the number two team in the SBC.

The Series
North Texas engages in combat with Arkansas State for the first time since
a two-point Mean Green road win in Jonesboro on Super Bowl Sunday. Overall,
the Red Wolves still hold a sizeable series lead, 20-10, and has dominated the recent
series history winning nine of the last 11.

Just Win Baby
North Texas is going after its 10th conference win of the season, which would
be the most in a single season since 2001-02. The Mean Green has won 10 games in
the Sun Belt only twice.
