North Texas at South Alabama Jaguars Post Game Notes (2/23/13)

Sophomore guard Chris Jones made his return from an injury suffered during a Dec. 29 contest at Western Kentucky. He had six assists in his return, two short of his season high against IUPUI.

Alzee Williams led the team with 15 points, his highest total since a 15-point output at home against FIU.

With the loss, North Texas mathematically will be the nine or the 10 seed based on the outcomes of Troy's last two games.

P.J. Hardwick had a career high in steals with five eclipsing his previous mark of four at FIU in January.

Tony Mitchell recorded a double-double in the loss with 11 points and 11 boards.

North Texas never led in the contest.
