Freshman Alexis Hyder gained her seventh double-double on the season against the Owls. With it, she now sits two behind Jasmine Godbolt’s freshman record of nine double-doubles in a season, a mark she set in 2009-10.

The Mean Green enters its game in Mobile, Ala, as the second best team in the conference in steals per game (10.6) and 3-point shooting percentage (.320). Freshman Loryn Goodwin is first in the conference in steals per game as well as 23rd nationally. She is also third in the SBC in 3-point fg percentage, firing 38.9 percent from deep.
